Please take time to review the data-entry prior to submitting.  Proper data-entry is crucial to adequate reports and reliable searching.  Permits should be entered using the correct naming convention.   For example, DOS17-25641-BOS is a complete and proper document name (based on our current permitting system).  If in doubt, please double check the filename in EnerGov.
